When I die, if any of my organs can be of any use to someone who needs a transplant, I want to be an organ donor.  I would like to die during the day while napping outdoors: take a satisfying breath in and then lights out. I want to be cremated and my ashes disbursed in my favorite parts of the cities I called home:  Florence (from a nice hilltop overlooking the city); Old San Juan (over the edge of one of the forts into the raging sea below); NYC (put a small handful of me in the Frick Museum, I especially like the little interior courtyard). I would like to be remembered as someone who had a beautiful way of expressing herself, excellent taste in people and things, had real intelligence and who was kind to others.  Most of all I want to be remembered as someone who made the most of life.
